This collection is about still lifes, both created inside the studio and existing outside in nature. 'Paper Garlic', 'Cracked Walnut' and 'Rock Paper Mushroom' are examples of the first group, whilst 'Reed', 'The Butterfly Nest' and 'City Starlings' fall into the second group - the latter image being the
one that breaks the pattern, with two starlings sitting still as the flock suddenly erupts around them.
